For new patients, please plan on spending 25-30 minutes in our office in which we will perform a detailed physical examination, perform orthopedic testing and various other testing methods necessary to diagnose the patient's condition.  We will provide you with an honest opinion and if we believe that we cannot help you, we will refer you to someone who can.  If Dr. Schneider believes that further testing or imaging is necessary, you may be referred to another facility before beginning treatment.  The patients' well-being is our primary concern.

Dr. Jared D. Schneider DC is currently considered in-network with Blue-Cross & Blue Shield and Medicare.  Please inquire about all other insurance providers and very affordable cash rates.  To comply with the terms and conditons of our contract with Blue Cross & Blue Shield, we are obligated to collect any and all co-payment and deductible charges at the time of service as set forth by your insurance policy.  To accommodate out-of-network policy holders, we will submit the claim for the patient's benefit but require payment for service at the time of service.  It's important to note that an insurance policy is an agreement between the patient, or beneficiary, and the insurance company.  If an insurance claim is returned unpaid or denied for any reason, it becomes the patient's responsibility for payment.  Not all treatment procedures are necessarily covered by your insurance policy.  We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
